Set Up Wallet

Create or import a secure Kitzen wallet in seconds. It's compatible with major Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron wallets including MetaMask and Ledger.

Step 2

Find your match

Look for ads to buy or sell crypto, or post your own. Filter by payment method, currency, price, or location.

Step 3

Open trade

Pick an ad you like and start a trade. Choose your amount, secure the exchange rate. You'll typically hear back in under 120 seconds.

Step 4

Exchange Safely

Sellers put crypto in escrow. Buyers pay sellers directly. Secure messages sort out details. On payment confirmation, crypto moves from escrow to the buyer.

Step 5

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a payment dispute, Kitzen will examine the evidence and determine whether payment was made. While Kitzen can unlock the escrow for either buyer or seller, we cannot withdraw it for ourselves. This makes our escrow service non-custodial. Less than 1% of trades require Kitzen's intervention to unlock the escrow account.
